Bjørn Klem started as General Manager for the Oslo Cancer Cluster Incubator January 1st 2015.
Klem was previously Research Director in Photocure ASA and holds a Master of Science in Pharmacy from Oslo University.
In Photocure Klem has been in charge of exploratory projects including clinical development of both Metvix® and Hexvix®, which have both successfully been introduced to markets world-wide. He has also been involved in a project for treatment of HPV infection and cervical precancer that has reached phase II in clinical development.

Thomas Andersson is Senior Advisor Business Development at Oslo Cancer Cluster Incubator and Oslo Cancer Cluster.
Thomas holds a Ph.D. in biophysics from Lund University and has more than 30 years of experience from establishing, operating and funding start-ups in the life science field.

Wenche Gerhardsen is responsible for internal and external communications in the cluster and incubator, including e.g. our webpages, social media, media-relations and marketing.
She has previously worked at The Norwegian Defence Research Establishment (FFI) as Senior Advisor and Communications Advisor and she has a background as a news- and science journalist. Her master’s degree is in political science. You can read more about Wenche’s background at LinkedIn.

Charlotte Wu Homme

Charlotte Wu Homme is responsible for Membership & Events for Oslo Cancer Cluster. This includes R&D network meetings, symposiums, and other initiatives for cluster members.
She has served different international organizations while posted in the U.S, Norway, and throughout Asia. These organizations include: The Economist, The World Bank, and Johns Hopkins University.
Charlotte Homme attained her Master of Science in Project Management from The George Washington University.
